About
Operations, refined.
MegaPhoenix is a business operations consulting practice for small and medium-sized businesses in the United States. We work on the unglamorous parts of running a company — workflows, processes, projects, research and administration — because that is where most SMB growth is actually won or lost.
01 / Why this practice exists
Big-firm rigor, sized for a fifteen-person company.
Large companies buy operations consulting because it pays for itself. Small companies rarely do — not because the problems are smaller, but because the traditional model is built for enterprises: on-site weeks, day rates, and reports written for a board.
MegaPhoenix was set up around a different model. Work is delivered remotely, scoped narrowly and quoted as one agreed price, so a twenty-person business can afford the same discipline a corporation buys. Deliverables are written for the people who will use them — owners, office managers, team leads — in language that needs no translation.
The practice serves clients across the United States from Stone Mountain, Georgia, entirely over video calls, phone and shared documents.
02 / Principles
Five rules every engagement runs on.
-
01
Evidence before opinion
We follow real work through your business before recommending anything. If the data contradicts the assumption — ours included — the data wins.
-
02
Plain language
A deliverable your whole team understands beats a brilliant one nobody reads. We write for Monday morning, not for a consulting textbook.
-
03
Defined scope, honest pricing
You approve scope, timeline and fee in writing before work starts. If the scope needs to change, that is a separate written decision — never a surprise invoice.
-
04
Independent advice
We sell no software and take no vendor commissions. When we recommend a tool, it is because it fits — and the buying decision stays with you.
-
05
Confidentiality by default
A mutual confidentiality agreement precedes every engagement, and we work with least-privilege access: only what the work needs, only for as long as it needs it.
03 / Working remotely
No travel days. No day rates. No waiting for a site visit.
Operations work lives in documents, data and conversations — all of which travel perfectly well. Remote delivery means your fees pay for thinking, not flights, and sessions can happen early morning or evening, whenever your floor is quietest.
- Channels
- Scheduled video calls, phone, email and shared documents — whichever your team already uses.

- An honest answer when we are not the right fit — including a pointer to whoever is.
