Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before work starts

You may cancel an accepted proposal at any time before the kickoff call for a full refund of any amount paid, no questions asked. Email info@megaphoenix.us and we confirm the cancellation and process the refund within 10 business days.

Cancelling a fixed-scope engagement in progress

You may cancel a fixed-scope engagement (an Operations Assessment or a Project-Based Engagement) at any time by written notice. We stop work promptly, calculate the share of the work completed up to the cancellation date, and invoice or refund the difference. If you prepaid more than the completed share, the balance is refunded within 10 business days. If less, only the completed share is due — never more than the agreed fixed fee.

Cancelling a retainer

Monthly Advisory Retainers run month to month. Cancel in writing with 30 days’ notice; the retainer remains active through the notice period, then ends. Months already started are not refunded, but no further invoices are issued after the notice period ends.

If we cancel

If we ever need to end an engagement — for example because we cannot deliver the agreed quality — any prepaid amount for work not yet delivered is refunded in full within 10 business days, and all completed work materials are handed over.

If you are unhappy with a deliverable

Tell us within 14 days of delivery what does not meet the agreed scope. We will correct genuine shortcomings at no charge — that is a standing commitment, not a discretionary favour. This policy covers scope and quality, not a change of mind about a delivered, in-scope result.

How refunds are paid
