Service Delivery Policy

How remote delivery works: channels, timelines, communication rhythm and what we need from you.

Fully remote delivery

All MegaPhoenix services are delivered remotely. We work through scheduled video calls, phone, email and shared documents. There are no on-site visits and no travel charges. This keeps fees lower and lets us schedule sessions across our full business hours, including evenings.

Business hours and communication

Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time; we are closed on Sunday. Enquiries receive a reply within one business day. During an engagement you have a named consultant and a scheduled check-in rhythm agreed in the proposal — typically a 30-minute call each week plus written status updates.

Timelines

Every proposal states a start date and a delivery timeline in writing. Timelines assume the client-side availability agreed at kickoff — for example interviews, document access and review feedback. If a delay on either side moves the timeline, we tell you immediately and agree a revised schedule in writing.

What we need from you

Successful engagements depend on three things: timely access to the people who know the work, the documents and data listed in the kickoff checklist, and a named contact who can make decisions. We keep the demands modest and scheduled — but an engagement cannot run faster than the information it is built from.

What you receive

Deliverables arrive as editable files — documents, spreadsheets and maps you can reuse — plus a walkthrough call explaining every conclusion. After delivery you receive all working files; nothing is held back. A 30-day follow-up review is included with project engagements.

Confidentiality during delivery

A mutual confidentiality agreement is signed before work begins. We request least-privilege access: only the information the engagement needs, only for as long as it is needed. Working materials are deleted or returned on request after the engagement ends.
