How We Work
A method you can inspect before you buy it.
Every engagement — from a two-week assessment to a three-month project — runs through the same five phases. Here is each one, what it produces, and what we need from you along the way.
-
01
Discovery
Week 1
We start with your words, not our templates. A kickoff call establishes the goal and the scope; short interviews with the people who do the work establish the reality. You receive a kickoff checklist so nothing depends on memory.
From you: one kickoff call, access to the people involved, the documents on the checklist.
-
02
Analysis
Weeks 1–3
We follow real cases through your business, map the actual workflow, and put numbers on it: cycle times, waiting times, error points. Findings are checked against the people who do the work before anything is written up.
From you: short walkthroughs of real cases; exports or screenshots of the systems involved.
-
03
Roadmap
Week 3–4
Findings become a prioritized plan: quick wins that pay back in weeks first, structural fixes after, each with an owner, a cost estimate and a measure of success. You approve the roadmap before any change is made.
From you: one working session to challenge and approve priorities.
-
04
Implementation support
Weeks 4–10
Your team makes the change; we make sure it holds. New procedures are documented, pilots run on a small scale, and the weekly check-in catches problems while they are still cheap to fix.
From you: a named owner per change and 30 minutes a week for the check-in.
-
05
Review
30 days after delivery
A month after handover we review the numbers together: did cycle time drop, did the error rate move, is the new process actually being followed? Anything that drifted gets corrected — that follow-up is part of the engagement, not an extra.
From you: one review call and the agreed measures from your normal reporting.
The exchange
What an engagement asks of you — and what it guarantees back.
What we need from you
- A kickoff call and short interviews with the people who do the work
- The documents and data on the kickoff checklist — no more, no fishing expeditions
- One named contact who can make decisions between check-ins
- Thirty minutes a week for the standing check-in
What you always receive
- A written proposal with scope, timeline and price — before any commitment
- A named consultant who runs your engagement from first call to final review
- Every deliverable in editable formats, handed over with a walkthrough call
- A 30-day follow-up review, included in the fee
Ready when you are — and honest when we are not the fit.
Book a consultation and describe the situation. If a smaller step or a different specialist serves you better, we will say so on the call.
