This website describes the consulting services of megaphoenix.us and lets you contact us. The content is general information for small and medium-sized businesses. It is not advice for your specific situation, and reading it does not create a consultant–client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign a written proposal or engagement agreement.

Consulting engagements

Every engagement is governed by its own written proposal, which states the scope, deliverables, timeline, fee and payment terms. If a proposal and these terms ever conflict, the signed proposal takes precedence for that engagement. Verbal agreements do not modify written proposals.

Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to misuse this website: no attempts to disrupt the service, no automated scraping of content, no submission of false information through our forms, and no use of the site for anything unlawful. Form submissions are rate-limited and screened for abuse.

Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and illustrations on this website belong to megaphoenix.us. You may read and share links freely; you may not republish substantial portions of the content as your own. Deliverables we create for a client under a signed proposal become that client’s property on full payment, as stated in the proposal.
