Engagements & Pricing

You approve the price before we start the work.

We sell defined work, not hours of presence. Every engagement is scoped and priced in writing before anything starts, so you always know what you will receive, when, and for what fee.

01

Operations Assessment

Typically 2–4 weeks

Best for: Businesses that know something is slowing them down but want a clear diagnosis before committing to change.

What is included

  • Kickoff call and document review
  • Interviews with the people who run your key processes
  • Current-state workflow maps for the processes in scope
  • Written findings report with bottlenecks ranked by cost
  • Prioritized roadmap: quick wins first, structural fixes after
  • Closing walkthrough call for questions and next steps

Pricing & billing

Fixed fee, quoted in writing after the consultation call and approved by you before work begins.

50% invoiced at kickoff, 50% on delivery of the final report.

02

Project-Based Engagement

Typically 4–12 weeks

Best for: Businesses ready to fix a defined problem — redesign a process, plan a migration, restructure administration.

What is included

  • Written scope: what is included, what is not, and how changes are approved
  • Phased plan with milestones and a named owner for each
  • Weekly 30-minute check-in and a one-page status report
  • All agreed deliverables — procedures, plans, templates — in editable formats
  • A pilot or supported first run of the new way of working
  • 30-day follow-up review after delivery

Pricing & billing

Fixed fee per project, set in the proposal. Scope changes are quoted separately — never billed without your written approval.

50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments by agreement.

03

Monthly Advisory Retainer

Ongoing, month to month

Best for: Owners who want a standing operations advisor — regular reviews, decisions on call, and continuity between projects.

What is included

  • A scheduled working session each month (60–90 minutes)
  • Review of your operational metrics and open issues
  • Email and phone access for decisions between sessions, with a one-business-day reply
  • On-call support for the processes and plans we have built together
  • Quarterly review of the roadmap and priorities

Pricing & billing

Fixed monthly fee based on the agreed scope of availability. Quoted in writing before the first month.

Invoiced monthly in advance. Cancel any time with 30 days’ written notice — no minimum term.

Terms

Payment terms, plainly

We invoice by email. Fixed-scope work is billed 50% at kickoff and 50% on delivery; retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

You can pay by ACH bank transfer, major credit or debit card through the secure link on the invoice, or business check. We never take card details over the phone, by email or through this website — payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your card number.

If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, work pauses until the account is current. If you ever believe an invoice is wrong, tell us — we resolve billing questions before enforcing terms.

How a quote is built

No rate card. No surprises either.

  1. 01

Consultation call. We learn the situation, the team size and what “fixed” looks like for you. Free, 30 minutes.

  2. 02

Written proposal. Scope, deliverables, timeline and one fixed fee. The fee reflects the work — not how big your budget sounds.

  3. 03

Your decision. Accept, question or decline. The fee never changes mid-engagement unless you change the scope in writing.

One consultation call is all it takes to scope your situation. The written proposal — with the price in it — follows within days.
